Q: I made an order on your website and l haven’t received it yet. When can I expect it?

A: We aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 3-4 working days, and 10-15 working days for international deliveries. International deliveries are sent by standard airmail. If you are ordering multiple books, they may arrive in separate packages. If you have any queries on the shipping status of your order, please contact lkcustomerservice@hbgusa.com.

Q: I’m trying to order an item but my country isn’t appearing in the delivery form. What is the best way to order my desired item?

A: Please visit Laurence King US for delivery to:
Central and South America (excluding Belize, Suriname and Guyana), Canada, Cuba, Dominican Republican, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Martinique, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin (Dutch part), Saint Martin (French part) and United States of America.

Q: I have received a faulty item, who can I contact about getting a replacement?

A: We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received a missing or faulty item, please contact lkcustomerservice@hbgusa.com to arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.

Q: I’m a professor and would like to review one of your textbooks with a view to recommending it to my students. Or I would like a desk copy of one of your textbooks? How can I arrange this?

A: We’d be happy to send you a copy, please complete the inspection copy request form here or email inspectioncopies@laurenceking.com.

Q: I have one of your textbooks and would like it in a different format for myself or my students?

A: We’d be happy to provide you with this, please e-mail inspectioncopies@laurenceking.com to request ebook versions of any of our textbooks.

Q: I have purchased one of your titles and the book states there are free downloads and extras on your website. Where do I find them?

A: Please go to our website, search for your product and head to the 'Resources' tab. If the materials you require are missing, please contact marketing@laurenceking.com with your enquiry.

Q: I’m an author/agent/illustrator and I’m interested in getting work commissioned by Laurence King Publishing. How can I find out more information?
